Common ground is a collective composition for the collaboration between the Gamut Kollektiv from Zürich and Insub. from Geneva.

In their piece „Common Ground“ for the collaborative project Insub.Polytopies, the Gamut Collective proposes a perspective at the history and imaginative interpretation of agricultural work, through sound and movement. Each musician is asked to delve in their own interpretation of specific gestures/actions related to farming and bring their own translation of it to the piece. In the end, individuals meet on the field to create a moment of interbeing and collective listening through their shared experience, creating a common ground.
